EasyMF is Mifare card USB Reader and card Programmer. It can work as an USB reader that to read Mifare 14443A card UID and send to computer or android device via USB port. It has total 28 formats under reader mode for user to match own system. EasyMF can set into USB programmer mode to read or writer the mifare card sector data, user may set the reader function with a configuration card easily.

Works as USB Programmer (read/write the sector data of mifare cards), support Mifare Classic 1K/4K(S50/S70) memory card only, and must work with software

Output interface:
USB HID device, driver-free, emulate keyboard input to send card data to the cursor location. Support Windows,Linux, iOS, Android (OTG adapter is required)
. Configurable output format by config card, Total 28 formats.
. Configurable to enable or disable buzzer sound
. Configurable to suit QWERTY/ QUERTY / AZERTY keyboard layout
. Default setting: reader mode, 10 digital format, buzzer sound, QWERTY keyboard
How to config reader output format and settings:.
EasyMF allows user to select output format to suit with own system, and turn ON/OFF buzzer, Switch reader in USB reader or card programmer work mode.
Select reader output format 1 to 28
a) Run an editable program (like NotePad) then Plug in reader to PC
b) Read the configuration card on reader, will show “config card 1” in the window
c) Read the configuration card again, will show “config card 2” in the window
d) Read the configuration card again, will show “config card 3” in the window, and enter config mode automatically
e) Format information (1-28) is appeared on window each second. When the demand format is appeared, plug off reader immediately, setting is stored automatically.
f) Plug in reader again, read normal card, data is sent in new format.
Enable or disable Buzzer
a)Same as “select reader output format step” (refer to step A to D above ), reader enters config mode.
b) When “Disable Buz” or “Enable Buz” is appeared, plug off reader
c) Plug reader again, when read normal card, buzzer will sound (enable) or no sound (disable)
Set reader to programmer mode
a)Same as “select reader output format step” (refer to step A to D above ), reader enters config mode.
b) When “USB” is appeared, plug off reader
c) Plug reader again, reader will beep one time (Bi), and it goes into programmer mode.
Under programmer mode, reader must work with pc software, download programmer software here.
Set reader to reader UID mode
a)Same as “select reader output format step” (refer to step A to D above ), reader enters config mode.
b) When “PS2” is appeared, plug off reader
c) Plug reader again, reader will beep two times (Bi-Bi), and it goes into reader UID mode.
Under this mode, when card is detected, the card number will be output to cursor location directly.
Remark:
1) After power on, if other card is read before reading the config card, reader will enter normal working mode
2) Set format/buzzer/keyboard layout/ will not affect each other current setting
What the meaning of each format, like 2H-3D 4H-5D?
The Mifare card has 4 Byte or 7 Byte UID data saved in card is binary, normally it is 32 or 56 bits Max. 4 bit binary is a hex number. So total 14 digit hex
we use “H” to indicate a hex data, use “D” to indicate a decimal data
2H-3D is mean take 2 Hex data and converter it into 3 digit decimal number, for example FF(HEX)=255(DEC)
4H-5D means take 4 Hex data to converter into 5 digit decimal number, such as FFFF(HEX)=65535 (DEC)
Below is the table that how to take different hex data to converter to decimal data:

How to converter Hex data to Decimal data?
The simplest way is use windows program--- calculator

Reader is with short distance, pls. check:
- there is not another 13.56MHz RFID reader / writer near by EasyMF
- Reader is not put on metal surface(notebook or other metal surface desk)
- Reader is not put on anti-static surface desk
Why Reader does not read any card includes sample cards in shipment box? Pls. check:
- Power on reader, and if reader sounds one time {Bi }, the reader is set in programmer mode, so it will not read any card except get command from pc. Pls set reader back to reader UID mode
- Power on reader, and if reader sounds two times {Bi Bi }, Reader is in read UID mode, if it does not read the sample card , it is possible reader damaged. Pls. ask exchange.
Why my reader sound becomes broken when puting fob on the reader case sometimes?
when fob is put on the surface of reader case, during buzzer sound, the metal ring on fob is vibration, cause buzzer sounds broken. Simple way is
to leave the metal ring out side of the case, or leave it dose not touch case.
